CoolMessenger 2009 provides messaging, chat session, file transfer,
packet encrypted dialogue protection, and a lot more.
CoolMessenger server, usually known as CoolManager, runs on Windows.
User information, authority, access permit, log etc. can be managed or set on the CoolManager.
User/Position/Department can be added on the [Add User] window.
Basic information(ID, Name, Password, E-mail ) and additional information can be managed.

User/group can be easily added or deleted through drag/drop.
Organization chart is designed to give a flexible management over users or groups.
A variety of position can be named and it can be assigned to designated users on the organization chart.
Specific user permission, such as message/chat/file transfer can be controlled respectively by the server administrator.
To initiate the server officially, license key and administrator’s information have to be input.
You can share your documents with your department or project group.
Administrator can give the permission to access a folder by each department or project group and its members can share/transfer/save their files.
The administrator can set specific URLs for users to navigate if they click on ‘Bookmark’ on the bottom of client menu.
Uploaded files and unread messages can be stored in the server for certain days. The administrator can decide for how long they should be stored.
As a measure of security, user log can be securely monitored.
Date, sender, receiver, sender IP, and even sent file can be checked by the administrator.
User’s chatting history can be also monitored. Contents of chat session are recorded as well.
System log allows the administrator to know when the server was started or stopped.
Log setting gives the administrator option for how long the logs should be stored in the server. Default setting is 7 days.
Uploaded file save can be stored in the server for certain days.
The administrator can decide for how long the file should be stored.
